Responding to Survey Questions

Your workplace is changing its schedule policy. Employees can now choose between two options: (A) keep the traditional fixed 9-to-5 schedule, or (B) switch to a flexible schedule where employees choose their own 8-hour shift within a wider window. Your manager has asked all staff to submit their opinion in writing before the final decision is made.
