By using TestDayTwin ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What the site is
TestDayTwin is a free, independent study platform offering practice material and automated feedback for language exams. It is operated by an independent sole proprietor in Canada. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any examination body.
2. Scores are estimates, not official predictions
All scores, bands, and levels on this site are practice estimates generated to help you study.They are not official results and are not a prediction or guarantee of your score on any real exam. Writing and speaking feedback is produced by automated tools and may be imperfect. Only the official test provider can give you an official result.
3. Use of the site
You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, or redistribute the site's content at scale;
- attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or the bot checks that keep the free tools available;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or to submit content that infringes others' rights.
4. Our content
All practice questions, passages, prompts, guides, and other material on the site are original workscreated for TestDayTwin and are protected by copyright. We do not reproduce real exam questions. You may not republish our material without permission.
5. Third-party names
PTE, IELTS, TOEFL, CELPIP, Duolingo English Test, TEF, TCF and other exam names are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used on this site for identification and description only. TestDayTwin is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pearson, IELTS, IDP, the British Council, Cambridge, ETS, Paragon Testing, Duolingo, France Éducation International, or CCI Paris Île-de-France.
6. AI scoring
Optional AI scoring sends your practice response to a third-party AI service (Google's Gemini API) to generate feedback, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit personal or sensitive information in practice responses.
7. Availability and changes
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TestDayTwin is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including any exam outcome. Your use of the site is at your own discretion and risk.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
