TEXT A — Lift Maintenance - Block 2 (Willow Byrne Court Residents' Notice Board)
WILLOW BYRNE COURT - Residents' Notice Board
LIFT MAINTENANCE - Block 2
The main lift serving Block 2 will be out of service for its annual safety inspection on Thursday 16 October, from 8am until approximately 2pm. The goods lift at the rear of the building will remain available during this period and may be used by all residents. If you require assistance moving shopping or other heavy items on the day, please speak to the concierge, Mr Okonkwo, who is on duty at the front desk until 6pm. Residents on the upper floors who have mobility needs should let the management office know before Wednesday 15 October so that arrangements can be made. We apologise for any inconvenience. Please note that the inspection cannot be rescheduled, as the certificate must be renewed by law before the end of the month. A reminder will be posted in the lobby the evening before. Bicycles and pushchairs may not be taken in the goods lift while the inspection is under way, as space will be needed for residents carrying shopping.

TEXT B — Parcel Collection - New Arrangements
PARCEL COLLECTION - New Arrangements
From 1 November, parcels that cannot be handed to residents in person will no longer be left outside flat doors. Instead, all deliveries will be held in the secure parcel room on the ground floor, beside the bicycle store. To collect an item, bring a photo of the delivery notification and a form of identification to the concierge desk between 7am and 8pm on weekdays, or between 9am and 1pm on Saturdays. The room is closed on Sundays and public holidays. Parcels not collected within fourteen days will be returned to the sender. Large items that do not fit in the parcel room, such as furniture, will still be delivered directly to your flat, but you must arrange to be at home. We cannot accept parcels on behalf of former residents or visitors. If you are expecting a refrigerated or frozen delivery, please contact the concierge in advance, as we have limited chilled storage and can only hold such items for twenty-four hours. Perishable goods left uncollected after that time will regrettably be disposed of, and we cannot be held responsible for their loss.

TEXT C — Community Garden - Spring Sign-Up
COMMUNITY GARDEN - Spring Sign-Up
Our rooftop community garden reopens for the growing season on Saturday 4 April. Plots measuring two metres by one metre are available to rent for the year at a cost of 30 dollars, which includes the use of shared tools, compost and watering cans stored in the green shed. Priority is given to households that did not hold a plot last year. To apply, complete the form available from the management office and return it by 21 March. Successful applicants will be notified by email. A short orientation session, covering safe use of the space and our watering rota, will be held on the first morning at 10am and attendance is compulsory for new gardeners. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Please take all rubbish home with you, as the bins on the roof are for garden waste only. Anyone wishing to grow their own seedlings at home before planting them out is encouraged to do so, though we ask that no netting or plastic sheeting be left unattended in windy weather.
