TEXT A — NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS — LIFT MAINTENANCE
The main passenger lift serving floors one to twelve will be out of service for its annual safety inspection on Wednesday 16 July and Thursday 17 July. Engineers from Brightway Elevators will be on site from 8.00 am until roughly 4.00 pm on both days. During these hours you will need to use the stairwell at the rear of the building, accessed through the door beside the postboxes.
The smaller goods lift on the ground floor remains available throughout, but it is intended for moving furniture and heavy items only. Residents who require assistance because of limited mobility should speak to the building manager, Priya Nandra, before Monday 14 July so that alternative arrangements can be made. Her office is open weekday mornings.
Please do not prop open the stairwell fire doors, even in warm weather. Doing so breaches our insurance conditions and may result in a fine to the residents' association. Deliveries of large parcels should be rescheduled where possible, as couriers cannot carry bulky goods up the stairs on your behalf.
We apologise for any inconvenience. The inspection is a legal requirement and cannot be delayed. Normal lift service will resume on Friday morning.

TEXT B — BICYCLE STORE — NEW BOOKING SYSTEM
The secure bicycle store in the basement now holds forty racks, and every rack must be reserved in advance. From 1 August, bicycles left in the store without a valid tag will be treated as abandoned and removed after fourteen days.
To claim a rack, collect an application form from the noticeboard in the lobby or download one from the resident portal. Return the completed form to the caretaker's pigeonhole, not to the building manager. There is no charge for a single rack; a household wanting a second rack pays £3.50 per month, billed with the service charge.
Each approved cyclist receives a numbered tag and a fob for the basement door. Please attach the tag to the frame, not the wheel, as wheels are sometimes swapped. Fobs are personal and must not be lent to visitors.
The store is monitored by camera, but the association accepts no liability for theft or damage. We strongly advise a good lock in addition to the store's own gate. Report a faulty gate or a flat battery in the door fob to the caretaker, Dev Okafor, whose contact card is pinned beside the forms.

TEXT C — COMMUNITY ROOM — SUMMER TIMETABLE
The ground-floor community room is available to residents for regular activities and one-off private bookings. The recurring sessions below run until the end of September. Private hire costs £8 per hour and must be requested at least seven days ahead through the resident portal.
Monday, 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm — Conversational French, all levels welcome, small voluntary donation.
Tuesday, 10.00 am to 11.30 am — Parent and baby group, free, no need to book.
Wednesday, 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm — Board games evening, bring a snack to share.
Thursday, 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm — Gentle chair-based exercise, led by a qualified volunteer.
Saturday, 9.30 am to 12.30 pm — Repair and mend workshop, first Saturday of the month only.
Keys are held by the caretaker and must be signed out and returned the same day. Whoever books the room is responsible for stacking chairs, wiping surfaces and taking rubbish to the bins outside. The kitchenette may be used, but please supply your own tea and coffee. Report any breakage immediately; the cost may be charged to the person who made the booking.
