The two maps below show the residential district of Fenwick in 1995 and in the present day. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
In 1995
- A disused factory on the western side
- A row of terraced houses beside the factory
- A group of allotments to the east
- A strip of woodland along the northern edge
- A single access lane into the district
Present day
- The factory demolished and replaced by three blocks of flats
- The terraced houses retained and renovated
- The allotments replaced by an estate of detached homes
- The woodland reduced, with part turned into a public park
- The lane widened and joined to a new access road
