I'm calling about a refund for a train ticket I booked last week for a trip from Ottawa to Montreal. My changed and I was unable to travel on the scheduled date. The ticket was purchased online and I still have the confirmation number handy. I understand there may be a small fee deducted from the total amount. Could you tell me how long the refund typically takes to appear back on my credit ? I would also like to know if I can for a later date instead.
