I lost my transit pass somewhere between the station and my office yesterday afternoon. I called customer service right away to it so no one else could use it. They confirmed my account and said a replacement card would be within five business days. In the meantime, I can load a temporary pass onto my phone through the transit . I was relieved it only took a few minutes to out over the phone.
