I noticed a fifteen dollar charge on my account statement labelled as a monthly fee. I don't remember agreeing to this when I opened the account two years ago. Could you tell me if there's a way to it, maybe by keeping a higher minimum , or setting up direct deposit? I'd rather not switch banks, but these extra charges are adding up, and I want to understand exactly what I'm for each month.
