Membership Freeze Confirmation — FitZone Recreation Centre. This confirms your request to freeze your monthly membership starting August 1st. During the freeze period, your monthly billing will pause completely, and your membership end date will be extended by the same number of days the freeze is active. Freezes can last a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of three months per calendar year. Please note that facility access, including the pool and group classes, will not be available while your membership is frozen. To resume your membership early, simply contact the front desk or reply to this email at least 48 hours before your intended restart date.
