A replacement pass costs $10 and can be picked up at any station kiosk within two business days of the report. Until the replacement is ready, riders may request a temporary paper pass valid for up to three days, available only at the downtown station. Balances are not transferred automatically; riders must present their original receipt or account number to have funds moved to the new card.
