Starting next month, the city will roll out curbside compost pickup to all households in the downtown core, expanding a program that has run in the suburbs for two years. Residents will receive a small kitchen bin and a larger outdoor —cartumbrellarecipeharvest at no cost, delivered in the week before collection begins.
