Put the sentences in the correct order:

  1. Only at the end of this aging period is the wheel considered ready, at which point it is graded, waxed, and sent to market.
  2. After pressing, the young cheese is transferred to a cool, humid cellar where it ages for weeks or months, developing its final flavor and texture.
  3. The curds are then cut into small pieces, drained, and pressed into molds to expel any remaining moisture.
  4. Once the milk has acidified sufficiently, an enzyme called rennet is added, causing the liquid to separate into solid curds and watery whey.
  5. Cheese making begins when fresh milk is warmed and a bacterial culture is stirred in to convert lactose into lactic acid.
