Members who need to pause their gym membership due to travel, injury, or other personal circumstances may request a freeze for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of three months per calendar year. During the freeze period, no monthly fees will be charged, and your membership end date will be extended by the same number of days the freeze was active. To request a freeze, submit the online form at least five business days before the date you want it to start; requests submitted later cannot be guaranteed processing in time. Freezes cannot be applied retroactively to cover days that have already passed. Please note that access to the facility, including the pool and group classes, will be suspended entirely during the freeze, and personal training packages purchased separately are not covered by this freeze policy.
