Respond to a Situation

You will hear a spoken situation. Respond appropriately. Audio script: "Hi there — I think the courier just left a package at my door, but the name on the label isn't mine, it says it's for you at a different unit number. I can bring it over now or later tonight, whatever works. Just let me know." Respond to your neighbour: apologize for the mix-up, thank them for flagging it, and suggest two specific alternative times you could pick it up.
