If you must use the third-floor printer before then, please check that the tray guides are set correctly for the paper size, as misaligned paper appears to be one cause of the jams, and avoid printing more than twenty pages in a single job until the toner cartridge has been checked. A box has been placed beside the printer for damaged or half-printed pages so the technician can review common problems rather than relying only on verbal descriptions. Please do not attempt to open the rear panel yourself, as this has caused further damage in the past and voided part of the service agreement. IT has also noted that some print jobs are stuck in the queue; restarting your computer's print spooler often clears this without needing to cancel the whole document.
