Hi everyone, it's that time again, our quarterly team lunch is coming up on Friday, and I'm collecting money to cover the order. As before, we're asking each person to chip in $15, which should cover a solid spread from the Thai place two blocks over, plus tip. If you have a dietary restriction (vegetarian, gluten-free, nut allergy, etc.), please let me know by Wednesday morning so I can adjust the order with the restaurant ahead of time. Payment is easiest through the e-transfer link I'll post in the team channel, but I can also take cash if you drop by my desk before Thursday at 5 p.m. Please try not to leave it until the last minute, since I need to finalize the headcount and submit the order Thursday evening for Friday pickup. Last quarter a few people forgot to pay until after the food arrived, which made things awkward when we were short on cash to cover the bill. If you're out of office or on leave that day, no problem, just let me know and I'll take you off the list so you're not charged.
