As many of you already know, Priya is leaving our department at the end of this month to take on a new role at another company, and we'd like to send her off properly. I've put together a farewell card that's currently sitting on the shelf above the coffee station, and I'd encourage everyone to sign it and add a short note sometime this week, since she officially finishes up next Friday. If you'd like to contribute toward a group gift, there's a small envelope taped to the back of the card for cash, or you can e-transfer me directly and I'll add your name to the list quietly so it stays a surprise. We're planning to present the card and gift during a short gathering in the break room next Thursday afternoon around 3 p.m., with coffee and some snacks, so please try to swing by if your schedule allows even for a few minutes. Priya has been with the team for almost six years and has helped train a lot of us, so it would mean a lot for her to see how many people showed up and wrote something.
