Notice to All Guests: Booking Change Policy Update. Starting this month, our hotel is updating how date and room changes are handled. Guests who booked directly through our website or front desk can now change their check-in or check-out dates up to 24 hours before arrival at no extra charge, provided the new dates are available. Changes made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a one-night fee. Guests who booked through a third-party travel site must contact that site directly, as we cannot modify those reservations on our end. Room type upgrades are subject to availability and may involve a price difference, which will be charged or refunded automatically. To request a change, guests can use the 'Manage My Booking' link in their confirmation email, call the front desk, or speak with staff during check-in. Please note that during peak weekends and holidays, room availability for date changes is limited, so early requests are strongly encouraged. Guests with non-refundable rates can still change dates under this policy, but cannot cancel for a refund. We introduced this update after guest feedback showed that flexible date changes were one of the most requested improvements. Staff have been trained on the new system and can walk guests through it at any time.
